This rare bamboo promises to be a great hit.  It is a tight clumber, very erect, and branchless near the ground.  It goes through wonderful transformations of color and striping, with canes that are light green with dark green stripes, yellow with green stripes, dark green canes with light green stripes, and even reddish-yellow canes, ALL IN THE SAME PLANT !   (see other ornamental bamboo plants)
